Tattoo Apprentice Bri Brand
Bri was born in Muskegon, MI in 1994. She started drawing by copying Lisa Frank coloring books at the age of 8 and has been into art and drawing ever since. She discovered her passion for portrait art and realism in her ninth grade year and started taking all of the available art classes that she could, including vocational design. She was awarded a scholorship to Kendall College of Art and Design upon graduating but motherhood took her in a different direction.
Eventually deciding that she wanted her children to follow their dreams; she led by example she and sought out a tattooing apprenticeship. She started apprenticing at A.W.O.L. in July of 2020. She loves to learn and enjoys refining her craft.
Bri has a soft spot for sentimental tattoos and the stories associated with them and hopes to eventually focus on portrait tattoos. She loves drawing portraits, oil painting, pinups, and humorous art as well. She also does artwork digitally for her "adult" coloring books.
